Show off your creativity in our annual pumpkin carving contest! Pumpkins will be displayed in front of the Ballpark Concession Stand during FallFest 2026. Contest judging will take place during the event, and winners will be announced the week of October 5th.
Contest Rules:
One entry per person – Age Groups: 3–6, 7–9, 10–12, Teen / Adult
Original work only – Parents, please allow kids to design their own pumpkins.
Pumpkins may be carved, painted, or decorated.
Photo release – By entering, you agree that photos of your pumpkin may be shared on social media.
Pumpkins must be able to stand on their own (no supports or backdrops).
Real pumpkins only – No artificial entries will be accepted.
The Middleburg Heights Recreation Department is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged entries.
Entries must be family-friendly and appropriate. The Recreation Department reserves the right to reject unsuitable submissions.
Delivery & Pickup:
Drop-off: Thursday, October 1st, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM at the Community Center. Staff will tag your pumpkin upon arrival.
Pickup: Tuesday, October 6th. Any pumpkins not picked up by October 9th will be disposed of.
